Onevry ("we", "our", "us") is a calendar availability synchronization service. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We access your calendar data solely to synchronize availability (busy/free status) between your calendars. We only read event times and busy/free status. We never read, store, or transmit event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, or other event details.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information. We use your email address to identify your account.
We store encrypted OAuth tokens to access your calendars on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest using AWS KMS and are only decrypted when performing calendar operations.
Your data is stored in AWS (Amazon Web Services) in the US-East-1 region. Authentication credentials are encrypted using AWS KMS (Key Management Service). All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a calendar account or delete your Onevry account, we delete the associated credentials and sync records.
We integrate with Google Calendar (and may add other calendar providers in the future). When you connect a calendar, you authorize Onevry to access it through the provider's API. Please review each provider's privacy policy for their data handling practices.
